  • Mid-adult businessman in a conversation with the consultant or psychologistIndividual Therapy

    We offer individual therapy services for people of all ages. During an individual therapy session, you will be working one-on-one with a trained therapist in a private setting. During sessions, clients are encouraged to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors and to work through challenging behaviors.

  • A rebellious teen daughter in family therapyFamily Therapy

    Are you struggling with multi-family issues, post-marital issues, and other family disputes? We offer family therapy services designed to help family members resolve conflicts and improve communication.

    Music therapy is an evidence-based therapy method utilizing music interventions to address the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs of individuals. Our qualified music therapists provide treatment including singing, listening to, and/or moving to music.

  • Bio-Feedback Therapy

    Bio-feedback therapy involves awareness and control of brain waves used for treating numerous mental health conditions, including depression, eating disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Bio-feedback therapy is non-invasive and doesn’t involve medication use.

  • Home health care worker and a teen girlBasic Skills Training and Psychosocial Rehabilitation

    Psychosocial rehabilitation is aimed at assisting persons with mental illness gain basic life skills and maximize functioning in the community. This might mean assisting them to return to school or work or helping them move toward a more independent life after treatment.

    Medication may be required to manage one’s mental health issues. Through our medication management service, we ensure that your medication therapy is effective and safe. We also strive to ensure that you are taking your medications with the right dose, at the right time, and with the right frequency.

  • Intensive Outpatient Programs

    Our intensive outpatient program is a type of treatment service and support program primarily used to treat depression, eating disorders, self-harm issues, and substance use issues that don’t rely on detoxification. Intensive outpatient programs enable you to continue participating in your daily affairs, such as work or school, while getting the treatment you need in the morning or at the end of the day.
